Another topic…
And not to end on a negative tone, there were articles which did inspire some hope, that something is actually being done in relationship to learning about fibro….. and I’ll post those a little later on.
On a completely different topic, a very good friend of mine has a WordPress Blog, and from time to time I stop there to see what he has done different. He has changed the music, and is now featuring “Amazing Grace” sung by Il Divo, from their newly released CD “The Promise”. I’ve recently gotten an iPhone, and added a lot of Southern Gospel in my “tunes”, more about the iPhone …. promise.
The blog is just the musings of Paul Cardin, a long time friend of mine. Please stop by http://walrustalk.com and take a listen. It’ll bless you.
I consider myself fortunate to have a friend like Paul in my life. Even though several years ago, we were widely known to argue about everything. It could be pouring down rain, and one of us would argue with the other, it was as dry as a bale of cotton. But all of our arguing was what we did, neither one of us seemed to know better, it was our way of communicating. The biggest problem we had, was his complete inability to acknowledge and accept wisdom when I would attempt to explain it to him. Clearly, anyone could see I was correct.
A few years back, Paul came face to face with death. I went to see him in the hospital, and driving home, all I could think about was my friend was homeward bound, he was going home, and I wasn’t going to have anyone to aruge with…..
Yet, something within me kept telling me, remember, this is Paul we are talking about. His story (which he calls his miracle and I have to agree!) is located at:

If life gets you down, depression is seemingly getting the best of you, or you just need a little boost of inspiration, please feel free to read about his miracle.
Read some of the other articles too, Paul can be funny, and a couple of his stories are borderline hysterical. You’ll quickly spot his love of politics, and you might even notice he can be opinionated. And you won’t have any problems noticing his love for the Bible, and his enduring faith in Christ.
And if you do check out his blog, stop and take a little time to tell him what you think, and that I said “Hello!”
